The Assistant Banquet Manager is responsible to oversee set-up, food and beverage service, clean-up, and preparation for all event functions to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the Banquet department.

The Director of Catering is responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the Conference Services Department in accordance with hotel standards.  Coordinates arrangements and details of client’s functions while maximizing revenues in all areas of the hotel.  Develops and implements catering sales strategies.  Directs, implements and maintains a management philosophy which serves as a guide to hotel staff.

Food Runner - PT

The Food Runner is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables and working both together with the Expo and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

Self Inspecting Room Attendant 

Self-Inspecting room Attendants clean guest rooms as assigned ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness. The Self-Inspecting Room Attendant is responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest’s requests or complaints, ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Night Auditor - FT

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to: Checking in/out of hotel guests; reservations services; and concierge services in a gracious manner. Responsible for all final revenue and charge postings including the discovery and correction of front office accounting errors (procedural controls), balancing the day’s transactions and performing the Night Audit (Balance all income for each department as well as payments received against vouchers, and property management system totals). Additionally, the Night Auditor is responsible for creating accounting and managerial reports. The Night Auditor also prepares for the next day’s business activities. Demands accuracy with the daily accounting procedures.
